Chilean Food Diary

Things to note: Empanadas are everywhere, they only believe in salt (especially during BBQs), they’re big on fresh fruits, the first plate was my absolute FAVORITE, my host mom was a great cook, it is typical to be served rice AND fries, their juice is extremely sugary, they aren’t used to someone who drinks water with their meal, meals are a lot cheaper than NYC, I often forgot to photograph my food for the blog and memories
